We are trialling a new AIVS technology known as a Mixture of Experts. Instead of relying on a single AI model, this approach brings together several specialised “expert” agents, each focused on different aspects of workplace advice. The aim is to provide clearer, more balanced guidance by combining their perspectives.

Because this is a live trial, there may be times when the system is updated or temporarily offline as we refine the experts and improve their accuracy. We will continue to adjust and strengthen the service based on feedback, ensuring it remains fair, practical, and reliable for all users.
